The practice of seed cycling involves rotating seeds into the diet throughout the follicular and luteal phases of the menstrual cycle, with the intention of supporting the correlating hormones. The seeds involved are high in essential fatty acids (EFAs), which are necessary for regular hormone production.
I am a mom of three young adults, and I have been married for 27 years. I have been a professional hospitality and event planner for several years but felt the need to create and coach healthier lifestyles for women. As a self-professed master in the kitchen, I felt the need to teach families to get back to the table.
The true awakening of my journey happened in 2018 when my sister died at age 46 from Brain Cancer. Life spun out of control – the why – the how – what were the signs - what was going on in my own life? Thus my mission came into reality helping women become the Wise Divine Women they are called to be through educating them about menopause, hormones, breast health, disease prevention, and how to recognize health challenges with ease to live life to the fullest potential.
My insightfulness and compassion for women shine through my life as a mentor, coach, friend, mother, and wife. My passion is to live life with purpose as God has called me to be. Speaking about topics close to my heart such as faith, sex, menopause, marriage, family, and women’s health.
I am so blessed to help women all over the world on issues that keep them stuck from reaching their fullest health potential. I created this Wise Divine Women Sisterhood to help women transform from fed-up to faith-fueled and become Wise Divine Women, legacy makers, and cheerleaders for their own and family’s health.
I look forward to working with you and together we will transform you by effectively addressing hormones, and weight challenges, detoxing with ease, and achieving endless energy.
